Having worked for five years with James Fischer, author of “Navigating the Growth Curve” and the researcher behind a unique growth model called the 7 Stages of Growth, Laurie has talked to over 2,500 CEOs over the past 18 months helping them to understand how growth impacts their business.

With her own experience in running a successful company and the concepts behind the 7 Stages of Growth enterprise development model, Laurie helps business owners get focused on the right things at the right time and adapt their own leadership skills to what their company needs in its current stage of growth.
