As Technical Projects Director for Business Enterprise Institute (BEI), the preeminent Exit Planning resource for business owner advisors in the United States, Elizabeth leads a specialized team in the creation of resources, tools and materials that enable professionals in a variety of disciplines (attorneys, CPAs, valuation specialists, insurance/financial professionals, etc.) to work with business owners to develop and implement comprehensive Exit Plans. Prior to joining BEI, Elizabeth spent more than eight years as a practicing business and Exit Planning attorney with the Denver law firm of Minor & Brown. During her time in private practice, Elizabeth represented clients in the areas of Exit Planning for business owners, business growth and continuity planning, business ownership transition planning, employee incentive planning, and the purchase and sale of business interests. Elizabeth received both her J.D. and her M.B.A. from the University of Texas and continues to be licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado. |
