Dennis Crumb brings a rather unique set of qualifications to his professional advisory practice. He has held executive positions ranging from a Fortune 50 company to a startup and just about everything in between. Dennis compliments his vast experience with academic work done at both Regis University and Colorado Christian University where he teaches Business Planning and Financial Decision Making in their executive MBA programs. Dennis’ well-rounded business acumen has been recognized by the Institute for Independent Business (IIB), an International Accreditation Body, who added Dennis to their elite listing of Accredited Associates in 2006. Dennis has also directed several cost reduction programs, including one that helped emerge one company from bankruptcy by realizing over $400K in annualized savings. He has also helped companies select and implement numerous automated systems including generic and industry specific MRP and ERP systems. Not only is Dennis able to help his clients solve specific business issues that they have identified, he is also skilled at identifying other issues that have kept the business from realizing its maximum value.
