Edward K. Wekesser
Ed Wekesser is a veteran CEO and currently operates a management consulting firm, Fulcrum Business Solutions, Inc. With more than 20 years of successful entrepreneurial experience and an additional ten years of hands-on consulting with business owners he has been instrumental in building exceptional management teams and creating strong operating environments. His background includes holding the position of Chairman and CEO of Customer Insight Corporation (one of three founders), as well as being the sole owner of two other organizations he started. All three of these companies were sold – external (Fortune 500 company and another national firm) and internal (employees) buyers.
As a natural strategic thinker with a fundamental understanding of the relationship between strategy and old-fashioned execution, the focus of his consulting practice is helping the owner/CEO leverage his/her personal time and experience so a company can make a successful transition (financial / ownership / organizational structure / etc.), always focusing on increasing shareholder value.
