Greg Zick is the Vice President and a shareholder of Zick Business Advisors, Inc., a Denver/Vail Valley firm of CPA's and Certified Valuation Analysts, focused on the needs of closely held businesses and their owners. ZBA has assisted numerous clients with business succession plans including the use of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP's) as both a tax advantaged exit planning vehicle for business owners and an equity based benefit for employees.

ZBA is actively involved in ESOP feasibility analysis, implementation, and valuation services for businesses ranging from $1 million to over $250 million in annual revenues, in a wide range of industries. ZBA is the first Colorado CPA firm to implement its own ESOP as a business continuation and exit planning vehicle for the firm and its shareholders.

Greg has been a CPA for over 13 years. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Certified Forensic Financial Analyst with specialized training in fraud deterrence and detection. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, the Colorado Society of CPA's, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the ESOP Association.
