About the President:

A native of Colorado, born in Denver, Ken has been in the financial services industry for over 26 years.
He graduated with a BA in sociology in 1970 and later earned his MBA in organizational behavior in 1972 both from the University of Colorado.

Ken's clients are primarily business owners seeking to protect and build their wealth with a focus on business transition and exit planning strategies.

With the professional designations of CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) and the prestigious ChFC
(Certified Financial Consultant.) Ken has qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table-an international designation reserved for producers in the top 5% of their industry for the last 18 years. In 2009 Ken earned his CExP™ (Certified Exit Planner) designation from the Business Enterprise Institute, a national membership organization of exit planning professionals.

A member in good standing of the:

- Denver Association of Life Underwriters (DALU)
- Society of Financial Service Professionals (SFSP)

Ken has served on various Boards of Directors for profit -- as well as not-for-profit organizations and is associated with the Business Enterprise Institute- A national group dedicated to the training and support of exit planning specialists.

Author of numerous articles on exit planning and other financial services for various trade publications. Ken is married to wife PAB, a structural engineer, with 3 married children and 6 grandchildren to date. Ken loves wood working and often makes his clients special gifts.
